Summary

DPS Group Global is seeking a Facilities Engineer that will work with a client that specializes in a dvanced plasma processing and industrial systems to create materials that are enabling the next-generation of commercial and consumer products . In this position you will work closely with project customers to gather requirements, facilitate design reviews, procure equipment, and coordinate/provide field oversight of installation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing maintenance operations, project management, HVAC and utilities systems
  • Reviewing equipment lists, instrument lists, drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Ensuring RFI's are responded to in a timely manner and to assist in driving issues to resolution.
  • Ensuring that facility operates in compliant manner, initiating deviations when events occur and implementing any resulting CAPAs
  • Performing field walk downs to ensure installation meets design requirements.
  • Identifying deficiencies during installation and commissioning and ensure correction in a timely manner.
  • Working with Operations personnel to proactively schedule work impacting operational areas and systems.
  • Assisting F&E in identifying calibration requirements.
  • Assisting the Commissioning and Qualification teams with providing documentation.
  • Expediting the collection and approval of Turn Over Documentation
  • Provide technical assistance in troubleshooting commercial operations and facility equipment.


Skills & Qualifications
  • BS degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline with at least 5 years of engineering or manufacturing experience
  • Background in Facilities and Utility Systems
  • Self-motivated, excellent interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and the ability to work with people from varied backgrounds and experiences.
  • Proven project management track record of delivering projects on-time, in-full and on-budget.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
