Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of biomedical technology and equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair medical equipment.
• Experience with electronic and mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Familiar with basic maintenance (Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, HVAC)
• Must be able to maneuver through small spaces and high elevations.
• Able to use basic hand and power tools.
• Prior healthcare experience required!

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on medical equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Order and install replacement parts as needed.
• Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and safely.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Communicate with medical staff and other departments regarding equipment issues.
• Stay up to date with new technology and equipment.
• Must be available for on call (Evening, Nights and Weekends on rotation).
• Have dependable transportation.
