Position: Environmental Service Supervisor

Job Description:
Assists with the development of departmental plans policies and procedures.
Works within annual operating and capital budgets.
Ensures the quality of daily operations meets the established standards for cleanliness appearance and safety as outlined by BHS and regulatory agencies.
Proven ability to perform evaluations consultations and discipline within established timeframes Qualifications:
2 years environmental services/housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting
Prior leadership/supervisory experience in a customer service/support service function
High school diploma/GED
Effective communication skills.
Proven ability to work effectively with staff.
Strong computer skills.
Excellent written skills.
