The Indianapolis Colts are seeking an experienced a Facilities Manager to support the Director of Facilities in operating the Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center efficiently and successfully.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • As a Facilities Manager, your role is crucial in maintaining the building's high operational standards. Your work on maintenance tasks is vital to keep all facets of the building operating at a high level.
  • Perform light carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing work.
  • Possess an understanding of building automation.
  • Replenish salt for water softeners.
  • Clean, lubricate, and service a wide variety of pumps and valves.
  • Replace and/or repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, wallpaper, paint, carpet, hanging photos, whiteboards, and televisions.
  • Maintain tools and equipment.
  • Perform daily inspection of facility, grounds, and drives for preventative maintenance.
  • Perform snow removal when necessary.
  • Ability to perform tasks unsupervised.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • College degree or vocational certificate preferred.
  • 5-plus years of related experience in a commercial setting.
  • Ability to multi-task and produce quality results with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all internal staff and external vendors.
  • Ability to use smartphones, tablets, computers, and web-based applications.
  • Able to stoop, stand, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • You may be required to work weekends and be on-call for emergencies.
  • Regular local travel could be required.
