- Provides regular project updates, reports and presentations.
- Reviews and reports on the project's budget and finances
- Analyzes, manages and mitigates risks associated with the project.
- Management of facilities.
- Quality Assurance.
- Maintains project assets, communications, and related databases.
- Evaluates and monitors the overall project progress.
- Interprets, creates and updates policies and procedures as needed.
- Experience with office management software like MS Office.
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Responsible for vetting all subcontractors and submitting all required security paperwork.
- Establishes vendor accounts and provides necessary documentation for Purchase Order requests.
- Schedules preventative maintenance requirements for the facility.
- Must have an active Top-Secret Clearance.
- Must have a minimum of three years of experience in the field of facilities management.
- Must have at least five years of experience in space management.
- Must have experience with Quality Assurance.
- Must have experienced in developing and implementing programs and processes in a fast-paced environment.
