SUMMARY
Performs moderately complex facility tasks, functions and/or maintenance du ties. Under the general supervision of the Facility/Regional Coordinator/Manager/Supervisor will have lead responsibilities in overseeing and assigning Building Services/facility maintenance/utility staff to complete tasks.
EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalency certificate (e.g. GED, HiSET, TASC Test) from an accredited institution or governmental unit required. Valid Drivers' License (Class III) preferred. EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of general maintenance/repair techniques typically acquired by 3-5 years of experience.
Education beyond high school may count toward experience.
SKILLS
Overall knowledge of cleaning procedures, inventory management and receiving, mail room functions and building maintenance required.
