Insight Global is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Lead to work on-site in Shoreview, MN for a commercial real estate organization maintaining their client's Data Centers. This position is responsible for leading all aspects of the site's day-to-day operations regarding preventative and reactive maintenance and environmental conditions, using the Building Management System in order to maintain acceptable internal conditions. They will also lead a group of maintenance technicians and ensure quality across the site. Additional responsibilities include:
- Ensure subcontractor performance meets all requirements per the MSA. Coordinate with subcontractor work approvals and safe operation while repair or services are carried out on site.
- Ensure that facility/plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order at all times. Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out maintenance at the site.
- Lead all aspects of the site's environmental conditions, using the BMS tool or ignition system in order to maintain acceptable internal conditions.
- Provide MEP support (Chillers, CRAC and CRAH units, UPS, PDUs, STS, etc.) to ensure that comprehensive maintenance records are completed, conduct routine quality checks accordingly.

Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 (this role qualifies for overtime pay)

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Building Engineer in a commercial, industrial or critical facility
- Proven experience troubleshooting MEP systems
- GED or High School Diploma
