- Oversees all operations and maintenance activities conducted on the Facilities Operations and Maintenance Services (FOMS) contract, developing strategies for maintaining the facility in consideration of budget constraints.
- Acts as Contract Officers Representative for the FOMS contract, monitoring contractor compliance with terms and conditions of contract.
- Provides surveillance on and technical guidance to FOMS contract work, including oversight on all high voltage maintenance/repair activities.
- Performs repair closeout activities and electronic filing per office protocols, including the transfer of information to stakeholders for real property files, operations and maintenance start-up, current configuration drawings, and contract files.
- Reports observed safety hazards, potentially hazardous situations, and close calls, communicating risks to the mission imposed by imminent failure, planned equipment shutdowns, and planned utility outages.
- Conducts investigations, develops corrective actions, and executes corrective actions for audit findings, mishaps, close calls, and operational incidents.
- Utilizes customer input to understand requirements in delivering prioritized mission support.
