Location: Culpeper, VA

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
Expected Duration: 12 Months Contract

Shift: 2:30 PM to 12:00 AM.

Payrate : $28/hr

Position Description

The Facility Technician (Electrician) will work under general supervision to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance using manufacturer publications, blueprints, schematics and locally generated instructions. Must be familiar with OSHA and NEC standards. Will be required to follow work procedures, work on facilities, and production equipment, as well as perform general maintenance.

Skills:

Journeyman electrician license strongly desired. Training from a trade school is a plus. Strong electrical experience / training in repairs in an industrial setting required. Strong electrical experience / training in repairs in an industrial setting required.

Education:

Requires an associate degree in appropriate discipline plus two (2) years of directly related industrial electrician experience, but candidates who have not completed a related associate degree must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) plus at least six (6) years directly related industrial electrician experience.

Additional Languages:

English( Speak, Read, Write )

Minimum Degree Required: Completed High School (Diploma or GED)
