The selected candidate will be responsible primarily for pediatric cardiac MRI/CT as well as reading and performing echocardiograms, including trans-esophageal echocardiograms.
Additional duties may include clinical pediatric cardiology attending rounds, participating in cardiology clinics, and reading and performing echocardiograms.
The University of Minnesota, Masonic Children's Hospital, is seeking a cardiologist for a full-time faculty position in the Division of Pediatric Cardiology.
The rank of this position will be at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor on the clinical scholar or teaching track depending on qualifications.
Qualifications
Required/Essential Qualifications:
MD or MD equivalent, and must be board certified in Pediatrics and certified or eligible in Pediatric Cardiology.
Must have demonstrated involvement in clinical or basic science research through publications anticipated or published in peer-reviewed journals.
Candidates must have licensure in the State of Minnesota by start date.
