Overview

Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican ,, is seeking an energetic and motivated Advanced Practice Provider to join our collegial practice in Santa Cruz, CA. We are a physician owned, multi-specialty group comprised of more than 100 providers that are committed to building healthier communities. We are affiliated with Dominican Hospital and aligned with one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the nation and the largest hospital system in California.

Compensation/Benefits Include:

• Compensation Range: 146,507 - $164,088 DOE
• Productivity bonus, sign on bonus and relocation assistance
• Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans and CME allowance

Responsibilities

Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.

Treatment Planning and Management:

• Develop and implement patient care plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies.
• Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.

Collaboration and Consultation:

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Consult with physicians and specialists as needed.
• Coordinate patient care across various settings.

Qualifications

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
• Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
• Completion of state mandated educational courses

Pay Range
$70.43 - $78.88 /hour
