Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Floor Supervisor at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage areas at Mardi Gras Casino. Responsibilities

• Produce the food and beverage team member schedule across the gaming floor departments
• Hire, train, and conduct performance reviews to encourage the growth and development of your team members
• Advise and direct the daily duties for your team
• Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to guests visiting the property
• Assist your team members with any malfunctioning gaming equipment and partner with the property's technician when needed

Qualifications

• No college degree required
• Minimum of 1 year previous supervisory experience in a hospitality setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
