• Familiar with a variety of the Field Services concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks including Break-Fix and software support for a variety of computer equipment, physical site surveys and working in IDF and MDF rooms supporting the network infrastructure.
