General Information:

Hitachi Energy is seeking for a Field Marketing Coordinator - Americas for its Houston Briarpark location.

Your responsibilities:
  • Drive campaign excellence with campaign management expertise - budget and timeline management, stakeholder communication and coordination, campaign documentation, etc.
  • Partner across the multi-faceted stakeholder groups to translate business goals and challenges from Product and regional sales teams into end-to-end digital marketing campaigns aligned to deliver account engagement, awareness and pipeline.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns that include the following tactics: SEM, account-based display advertising, paid and organic social media, webinars and virtual events, website optimization, nurture programs and email marketing, content syndication, etc.
  • Alongside the field marketing team, co-design and manage end-to-end integrated digital marketing campaigns, including campaign strategy, ideation, creation, deployment, testing, optimization, analysis, and reporting.
  • Monthly, Quarterly, Annual reporting and data analysis for campaigns and insights
  • Managing integrated campaign calendar for multiple geographies. • Driving campaign testing & optimization efforts, regularly sharing performance results, best practices and key learnings with stakeholders.
  • Ensuring end-to-end campaign strategy - integration of outbound and inbound tactics
  • Advising on the right mix of marketing channels, drive omni-channel marketing campaigns.

Your background:
  • Bachelor's degree or 10 years equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, business or similar area of study
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
  • Bachelors Degree: Required 5-10 years of demonstrated marketing experience in technology-based organizations
  • Preferred experience in the Energy industry
  • Proven track record in developing and executing performance-based, multi-channel marketing campaigns, integrating digital touchpoints, events and PR.
  • Experience and passion to uncover business problems maintaining conversations with Sales and solution experts, and developing campaign briefs to identify marketing goals to address specific business challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, understand and optimize performance metrics of the different marketing channels and marketing campaign KPIs/ROI leveraging different platforms (email CTR and CTO, ads CTR, CPM, CPC, cost per lead, form completion rate, account engagement, bounce rate, SEO rankings, conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs)
