Field Operations Technician (Columbus, MS)

This candidate will join a team to cover their own territory in MS. They will be responsible for maintaining wireless/fiber networks. They will install routers and perform general router checks. Additionally, they will provide maintenance on cell sites every 30-60 days as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

Comfortable with customer-facing interactions
Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and computers
Fiber networking experience (no splicing in this role)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Wireless experience (maintaining networks)
Proficient with Windows
Technical degree or background in networking
Utilize light meters
