Insight Global is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their team in the DC/Baltimore area who will be traveling to client sites to perform daily maintenance on semiconductor, biomedical and lab-based manufacturing equipment. This position will be travelling 20% of the time in the local area to respond to client needs, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues that may arise onsite.

Required Skills & Experience

* 2+ years of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience

* Strong communication skills with both client and internal teams

* Ability to travel locally to various manufacturing sites via a reliable car (may include fabrication, laboratories and/or universities)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* 1+ years hands on mechanical and electrical experience working with vacuum systems
