Insight Global is looking for a Field Service Technicians to perform maintenance for a large machinery manufacturing company. You will be traveling extensively throughout the week and may require overnight stay for the role. This person will support their customer base by being responsible for the installation and repair of their core machines. This person must be willing to travel as they will have assigned territories that they will be servicing. Our team strives for each Field Service Technician to be home each night but travel is required for the role. This team is looking for someone with strong communication and willingness to interact with clients.

Required Skills & Experience
• 1+ years of experience working as a mechanic or performing mechanical work on heavy machinery
• Client/Customer Service orientated - This candidate will be working directly with external clients.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems
• Electrical background with heavy machinery
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in heavy machinery
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to travel within their state and to surrounding states - travel will be around 35% of the role.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record and BGC

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience working with a volt meter
