As a Dispatchable - Field Service Representative, you'll be on the front lines providing
commissioning, operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for customers in a variety of locations. This mission critical role involves working on a variety of technologies but will primarily specialize in dissolved air flotation and clarification. About the role:
Essential Project Installation/Commissioning/REHAB Responsibilities
• Safely and successfully provide technical direction and inspections for rebuild projects and
extended scope projects, including chemical dosing, clarification and dissolved air flotation,
primarily in North America.
• Verify that installation is as per Veolia's drawings.
• Commission equipment: this includes mixers, valves, air compressors, process pumps,
blowers, and instrumentation.
• Assist clients with optimizing clarifiers and DAFs.
• Complete detailed controls testing to ensure the system is functioning as per design.
• Assist client with initial plant operation.
• Train client operators on plant operation.
• Meet with the client and Veolia to communicate schedule and address issues as necessary.
• Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance
• Install/Replace and/or supervise the replacement of proposed equipment.
• Install, monitor, maintain and calibrate chemical injection systems.
• Carry out process, mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation
• Create and maintain site paperwork and provide customers with detailed technical
summaries of work performed.

• High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent and 2+ years' experience of service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment
• Technical Degree in Science/Engineering or technical certificate.
• Water/Wastewater Treatment Experience
• Ability to travel extensively
• Ability to gain and maintain access to sites as assigned
• Valid Driver's License
