Insight Global is seeking a dedicated and skilled Diesel Compressor Field Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-call service to our customers and assisting with our range of diesel compressor products. As a Field Service Technician, your day-to-day responsibilities include responding to service calls promptly, performing maintenance tasks on diesel compressors, diagnosing, and repairing faults, providing customer support, maintaining service records, and adhering to safety protocols. Typical issues that could arise include changing belts, unclogging filters, replacing batteries, and addressing issues related to bad fuel.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5+ years of experience working with the maintenance and repair of different diesel compressors/pumps (Along with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment)

Strong English + Ability to explain technical issues to customers - (High energy levels)

Ability to work on-call and respond to emergency service calls.

Able to lift up to 50lbs. -- Own toolbox.

Knowledge of Atlas Copco

Rental Industry experience
