Field Service Technician

Our customer is looking for a field service technician. Responsibilities include asset management, unboxing, rack mounting, installing routers and switches (approximately 20 per day), patching network connections, and coordinating with network engineers for Wi-Fi assurance. Additionally, managing UPS batteries and assist with installation of printers.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in field desktop support role

Experience with installing and troubleshooting hardware and software

Strong communication and professionalism

Able to lift 50 lbs.
