Shermco U.S. is seeking a Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to customers in the assigned area. This includes installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems. The technician will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing training and support to customers.
Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment and systems on-site
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Provide training and support to customers
• Document all service activities and maintain accurate records
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of equipment and systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
