Insight Global is looking for temporary support in the goal of replacing workstations on wheels (WoWs) in multiple clinics, hospitals, etc. across Washington and Oregon. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for, but not limited to, working alongside Providence and CAPSA employees to identify WoWs that need replacing, unboxing new WoWs, setting up new workstations, and ultimately disposing of outdated workstations. The Field Service Technician will reference spreadsheets to identify which units need replacing at which facility. They will be in charge of managing delivery of carts, receiving carts when delivery truck arrives, unbox and throw away trash in appropriate areas. The Field Service Technicians will move carts from docking to staffing areas, plug in and set up the workstations where instructed. After successful set up, they are responsible for filling out the correct spreadsheet with pertinent information regarding the delivery and cart. The Field Service Technician will coordinate the disposal of the old workstation with the recycling company, which may include moving carts to loading docks or appropriate spaces per instruction. This process is to be repeated as necessary until project completion.
