ATI is seeking Nationwide Field Technicians to join their growing partner based in the KC, MO Area.

Responsibilities:
  • Support fleet, heavy equipment, and/or warehouse operations by troubleshooting, installing, and repairing a wide range of technical assets as defined by project teams.
  • Conduct inspections and perform preventative maintenance to identify potential problems.
  • Document and communicate deliverables to Project Management team consistently and in a timely manner.
  • Meet required production expectations and adheres to performance metrics as assigned by project and account teams.
  • Engage and participate in frequent training around new technology and/or project specifications.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, and adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain professional appearance, adhere to attendance requirements, and e ffectively communicate with stakeholders when on client sites.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience / Education Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of automotive, mechanical and/or technical work experience OR relevant certifications or education, to include a basic understanding of installation services and basic troubleshooting.
  • Prior work with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment or specialty lines, preferred.
  • Basic technology troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic electrical skills i.e. DVOM testing, able to identify different battery connect methods. (series, parallel, etc...)
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and use of various mobile computing device(s)
  • Required to work without direct supervision.
  • High School Diploma / GED

Other Job Requirements:
  • Must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company's insurance carrier.
  • Must be able to travel nationwide; including overnight or multi-night travel within an assigned or designated area.
    • Required to self-manage, follow travel instructions, and report to the project manager if any extreme issues present themselves in the field.
    • Must be able to work varied hours, including weekends and overtime to meet customer product availability timelines.
  • Must have the ability to operate a variety of standard hand tools and power tools for extended periods per day.
  • Must be able to stand, kneel, and crouch for long periods, climb ladders and lift in excess of 50 pounds either with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
