Our client, is seeking a Field Services Specialist - IT Support to join their team. As a Field Services Specialist - IT Support, you will be part of the department and supporting the team.

Job Title: Field Services Specialist - IT Support

Location: St, Louis, MO

What's the Job?
  • Provide help desk (L1) and onsite desk side (L2) support to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Address incidents and requests in ServiceNow, while also offering support independently when necessary.
  • Image, configure, and deploy HP and Lenovo laptops/desktops.
  • Maintain hardware asset records for workstations using ServiceNow Asset Manager.
  • Perform HP printer maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
  • Setup and troubleshoot mobile devices, including iOS and Android platforms.
  • Provide support for conference room equipment, such as Microsoft Teams Room systems, projectors, and speakerphones.
  • Troubleshoot and support the Windows 10/11 operating system, with Mac OS knowledge as a plus.
  • Manage and execute small-scale projects as directed.
  • Participate in after-hours on-call rotation to address urgent technical issues.

What's Needed?
  • 3-5+ years of experience in providing technical support in an enterprise environment.
  • Ability to deliver white glove client support in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in hardware break/fix, preferably with HP and Lenovo products.
  • Excellent IT troubleshooting skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Familiarity with common enterprise tools, including remote support software and VPN clients.
  • Competency in client-side network troubleshooting across various environments.
