Field/Sales Service Rep needs 4 years of job-related work experience
Field/Sales Service Rep requires:
- 4 years job-related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Computer savvy - high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Sales Contracting and Commissions processes and procedures
- Experience providing customer services in a call center or similar work environment
- Working knowledge of Field Contracting and Commissions
Field/Sales Service Rep duties:
- Maintains a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all agent information confidential
- Follows Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other related policies, maintaining ethical behavior at all times
- maintains working knowledge of contract and commissions policies and procedures, and takes responsibility for keeping up-to-date with changes
