Primary Duties:
- Drive new business revenue by successfully converting contract expirations into sold extended warranty agreements.
- Maintain existing customer business to minimize lost service agreement business.
- Articulate service contract value proposition to customers.
- Manage pipeline in CRM to ensure timing of closes matches Monthly Forecast & Quarterly Business Plan.
- Works collaboratively with sales, support, marketing and customers to ensure attainment of customer satisfaction.
- Administer warranty contract quotes, purchase orders and invoicing.
- Quote warranty contract offerings to customers.
- Submits invoices and purchase orders to Customer Service and Finance.
- Assists customer and internal team with resolving warranty contract billing disputes.
- Maintain database of current customer instruments/contracts to determine systems with expiring warranty coverage in need of contracts and/or contract renewals.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education, Skills & Experience
- HS diploma or equivalent is required, A bachelor’s degree in science or business-related field preferred.
- N o experience required; however, related experience in a sales/lead generating role is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with all bioMerieux products is preferred
- Working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.com preferred

- Knowledge of service offerings and sales processes preferred
