About the team

The Finance & Strategy team is an integral thought partner to Stripe's core functional leaders. We bring understanding and predictability to Stripe's bottom line financials. We work cross functionally across many surfaces at Stripe and help steward Stripe's resource investments to improve the durability of our long term financial performance.
What you'll do

Every internship at Stripe centers around a real work that we urgently need, impacting both internal and external partners. As a Stripe intern, you'll be tackling important projects, while working alongside exceptional people who insist on doing their best work. You'll learn from people with high standards who are great at inspiring others to do more and go further. We value functional and personal growth, and see our internship program as a vehicle to foster both. Stripe is seeking interns to join its world class Finance org. Over the course of your time at Stripe, you will contribute to ongoing initiatives, supporting members of the Finance and Strategy, Investor Relations and Treasury Finance teams, and leverage your communication and organizational skills.

Hybrid work at Stripe
Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.
