Finance and Pricing Manager

We are partnered with a food manufacturing company that is looking for a Finance Manager. The position is on-site in their Fresno Plant.

• Salary: $100-$140k

Responsibilities:

• Lead all FP&A activities
• Lead all pricing (buy docs) related activities such as co-ordination with plant and procurement teams for inputs. Doing comparison with actuals or similar quotes, owning the accuracy of the data being provided to sales. This involves heavy collaboration across all functions and you will be responsible for compiling and validating all the inputs.
• Financial reporting month end financial reports (P&L, Balance sheet, cash flow statements, etc) including analysis and commentary
• Budget/Reforecast on an annual/quarterly basis or as required.
• Sales Reporting: monthly, daily, ad-hoc, KPI's, BI reports, etc.
• Manage all open items and status of any open deals
• Manage post month review of sales results with the sale team
• Special Projects as needed
• Other adhoc support to CFO and CSO

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or masters in finance/accounting
• 5-10 years of overall finance and accounting experience
• 3-5 years of plant controller or manufacturing experience
• Prefer: 3-5 years of FP&A experience or Finance analyst role
• Good understanding of Financial and accounting concepts (GAAP)
• Must be hands on, get into details
• Question status quo and own the accuracy of the information being provided.
• Must be a Team player.
• Must be a thinker and not only a doer.
• Must be a problem solver.
