Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, the Finance Business intelligence & Analytics Manager will collaborate within Finance and cross-functionally to produce meaningful insights and metrics to identify trends that improve business performance. You will manage the process of synthesizing business data into visualization tools to provide actionable analysis. You will share this analysis and insights with finance, management, and executives.

We seek a person with strong analytic capability, intellectual curiosity, and an interest in being part of healthcare provider organization. This position requires data visualization expertise, strong communication skills, good business sense, and the ability to work as part of a geographically-dispersed team.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Expertise with visualization tools including Power BI. Expertise with Microsoft Office applications to manipulate large data sets. Experience with querying language and financial modeling.
  • Understanding of healthcare market as context for analytic responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to break down and explain complex analytic issues and present findings and recommendations to various levels of management.
  • Ability to lead a team as well as work independently. A self-motivated and resourceful attitude, taking intellectual ownership of one's work. Proactive in identifying issues, makes recommendations.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum seven years of analytics, data mining, and complex financial modeling experience within the healthcare industry is required,
  • Sound knowledge of accounting concepts is required.
  • Licensure and/or Certification:
  • Project Management Certification ideal
  • Skills:
  • Advanced analytics experience with visualization tools including Power BI and Tableau.
  • Excellent data manipulation and analysis skills.
  • Ability to work independently as a member of a geographically dispersed team.
  • Ability to manage, organize, prioritize, and multi-task.
