What You'll Do:

We are building a project team to support the implementation of OneStream, our new Enterprise Performance Management platform. This newly created Manager Finance Digital Transformation role will collaborate with other digital transformation team members as well as the broader business to drive the success of the project.

We are at the beginning of our digital transformation journey, and this role will help shape our course. Initially, we expect this role to be a general resource supporting the project team with early system design and implementation. As we go live with new capabilities, this role will be the primary resource supporting development and ongoing administration of FP&A reporting and other related live functionality.

The ideal candidate will be a demonstrated leader with a strong background in financial planning & analysis, financial systems, and project management. They will be a leader collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy effective and efficient solutions within OneStream. Communication, collaboration, customer service, and problem solving skills will be key along with an intrinsic desire for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead discovery efforts to understand how users interact with financial and operational information to manage the business.
  • Convert business needs into thoughtful solutions related to FP&A associated functionality.
  • Support development and execution of testing and training plans, including system documentation.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve areas of responsibility to enhance OneStream functionality and efficiency.
  • Perform OneStream application build activities (Dashboards, Cube Views,Transformation Rules, Workflows, Business Rule changes, Data Adapter changes, etc.).
  • Support continuous efforts to improve data quality and accuracy.
  • Ensure an intuitive and insightful end-user experience is at the forefront of all design considerations.
  • Partner and collaborate with other system teams to ensure effective execution of OneStream implementation as well as other related system implementations.


Qualifications

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, with demonstrated leadership in the areas of FP&A and/or financial systems.
  • Knowledge of standard financial and enterprise performance management processes (accounting, consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting, performance reporting, analytics, metadata).
  • Experience with financial consolidation, reporting, and analytical systems.
  • Experience creating financial & operational reports via multiple methods (Excel, BI platforms, datalakes, system queries/SQL, VBA, etc.).
  • Ability to create effective solutions that address business needs based on general or incomplete direction.
  • Ability to foster trust and confidence among business partners as a reliable resource for effective solutions.
  • Ability to thoughtfully evaluate, challenge, and prioritize requests to ensure effective use of time and resources.
  • OneStream experience is a significant plus, but not required.
  • Strong technological, analytical, organizational, written and oral communication skills.
