We have an opportunity for a Finance Intern in our Lawrenceville, Ga location. The ideal candidate will support the process of financial reporting and help the company maintain robust data structures. Responsibilities include creating, reviewing and verifying reports that provide insights about the company's financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting
  • Ensure consistent and transparent monthly financial reporting
  • Maintain financial structures
  • Create and review financial reports within the ERP
  • Enhance level of automation of financial reporting
• Business Intelligence (BI)
  • Create and review BI-reports within Power BI
  • Support Management by suggesting ways to measure new KPIs
• Budgeting/Forecasting
  • Assist in the budgeting process
  • Assist in forecasting financials as part of the monthly closing process
• Cost Center Controlling
  • Support Cost accountant in managing costs within cost centers
• Collaborate with Senior Staff:
  • Support closings and other accounting projects

Qualities:

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant software (Microsoft D365, Power BI)
• Show high initiative to drive business performance
• Good communication skills
• Maintains confidentiality.
• 10-key proficient
• Problem-solving skills

Education:

• Bachelor's in finance, business informatics or a relevant field with less than 1 year experience or
• Some college with 1 to 3 years of work experience in controlling
