As the FIN Lead - Regional Development, your day will be characterized by collaboration with the Regional Development Lead - Sales Excellence. You'll engage in strategic planning sessions, project reviews, and cross-functional meetings, bringing a critical financial perspective to the table! Your expertise will be vital in conducting financial assessments, crafting budgets, and developing financial forecasts that align with our global project objectives!
How You Make an Impact
  • Integrated Financial Strategy: Working hand in hand with the Regional Development Lead - Sales Excellence, you will ensure that strategies are seamlessly coordinated into the fabric of in-scope initiatives. Your role is to ensure that every decision is supported by analysis and planning to achieve efficient resource allocation and sales efficiency
  • Co-Leadership in Regional set-up strategy execution: You will co-lead the execution of in-scope initiatives, ensuring that financial considerations are at the forefront of strategic decisions. This includes financial modeling, risk assessment, and the identification of financial opportunities to improve project success.
  • Strategic Financial Oversight: Provide ongoing financial oversight and strategic advice throughout the lifecycle of regional/global initiatives. You'll work closely with the Regional Development Lead - Sales Excellence to align financial resources with strategic project goals, ensuring financial viability and sustainability.
  • Financial Due Diligence in M&A and Divestitures: Play a key role in mergers and acquisitions associated with GT Sales. Your financial foresight will be crucial in conducting due diligence, evaluating financial integrations, and ensuring alignment with Siemens Energy's objectives.
  • Promoting Financial Collaboration: Foster a culture of transparency and financial accountability across teams. You will ensure that financial insights are communicated effectively, promoting a collaborative environment where financial and strategic goals are aligned.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in financial leadership, with a strong ability to influence project outcomes and implement strategic financial initiatives.
  • Experienced analytical skills, with a comprehensive understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and financial optimization.
  • Proven ability in co-leading the financial aspects of global projects, including expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and providing financial leadership in a co-lead role.
  • A deep understanding of financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and strategic alignment across global projects.
  • A visionary approach, with the capability to translate broad strategic goals into specific financial plans, driving measurable outcomes and project success.
