Job Purpose:

LCA Vision Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Finance Leader to join our growing team. The Finance Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight and management of key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Business Planning
• Financial Planning & Analysis
• General Accounting
• Accounts Receivable & Payable
• Treasury
• 401K Plan Administration

Education / Experience:

• Bachelor’s in accounting required
• CPA preferred
• MBA preferred
• 10-15 years accounting management experience required
• Multi-site service company experience preferred
• Medium-large company experience required
• Big 4 experience preferred

• Excellent organizational skills required
