Insight Global is looking for a Finance Manager to join a Large Manufacturing clients Manufacturing Operations in the Phoenix, AZ. This candidate will manage a team of nine Financial Analysts that sit in different locations across the western United States. The areas that they will be supervising is forecasting, budgeting, auditing, and FP&A. They will work with upper management at designated manufacturing facilities to establish financial analysis policies and practices to maintain a high-quality system that fulfills executive managements expectations and the needs of the organization. This positions duties follow a week to week schedule as follows. Week 1 they will be accumulating forecasts from the plants and combining them, relaying those to upper management. Week 2 they will be a week of analyzing previous month actuals in comparison to previous months forecasts and finding the reasoning for the variance. Week 3 they will be working on accumulating the financial reports and getting the reporting out to management for the month. During the fourth week of the process, they will be focusing on project based work for the plants. This is with a leading manufacturer in the United States and is a permanent 5 day a week onsite role.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
4+ years of professional experience in accounting or finance (ex. Cost accounting or Financial Analyst)
2+ Years experience in a managerial level role - working directly with upper management
Strong experience in technologies such as excel, PowerBi, or Tableau

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Professional Certifications such as CFA or CMA
MBA
