This person will work closely with Finance Managers, Corporate FP&A, and key cross-functional partners to bring more scale, efficiency, innovation, and discipline to the G&A Finance team. Specifically, this role will have primary responsibility supporting Legal functions. Our ideal candidate is a well-rounded top performer who can be a key contributor in a high-energy environment.

Finance Manager, Legal Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of cost drivers for both OPEX and Headcount organizations


• Create strong business partnerships with Legal business partners, including the G&A Vertical Lead


• Provide financial leadership across planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning


• Build thoughtful analyses to drive better investment decisions, such as return on operations spend


• Help define and implement scalable financial processes


• Drive process improvements by partnering with up-stream process owners and enhance current tools/systems related to financial management and reporting

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent


• Experience in financial planning and creating data-driven analysis


• Experience managing monthly and quarterly reporting cycles


• Experience managing financials with business partners


• Experience problem-solving independently, organizing workload and priorities, and completing tasks on time

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, business strategy or analytics


• Experience with Oracle Financials and Hyperion Essbase
