Responsibilities:




DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consolidates invoices for supply chain using Concur

• Provides administrative support to the accounting and supply chain members.

• Applies general knowledge of accounting/financial policies and procedures when responding to specific questions and non-routine problem resolution.

• Maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Utilize MS office suite, SAP, Concur and other applications.

• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Job Qualifications (preferred)

• Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting and 4 years of related work experience OR education/work experience equivalent.

• Working experience with Excel, SAP, and Concur is highly desired.

• Ability to learn and apply basic accounting concepts, to follow company policies and procedures, and to apply appropriate tools of the accounting profession to accurately complete standard accounting tasks.

• Ability to use established formats to produce accurate, appropriate accounting documentation.

• May be required to present accounting data.

• Must have demonstrated computer literacy with knowledge of computer accounting software and applications.

• Must have good interpersonal skills including ability to communicate clearly with other professionals.

Qualifications:

• H/S Diploma AND 0-1+ years of relevant experience

• 1+ years in experience using SAP

• 1+ years of experience in a supplier-facing role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading small teams.

• Ability to regularly interface with internal business partners and vendors/suppliers;

• Experience using SAP Concur

• 3+ years of experience within the Aerospace & Defense industry with an emphasis in aviation support services.

Education: Bachelors Degree
