We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support a national cybersecurity organization.

This organization focuses on reducing risk to national infrastructure and growing resilience to cyber and physical infrastructure for the United States.

Work will be performed by combination of telework when telework is authorized and on-site in Arlington, VA and other multiple Government facilities in the Washington DC area.

Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Supporting federal budget processing in the areas of financial management and reporting, planning and analysis and reporting, and portfolio management consistent with the DHS Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) cycle.
• Assisting with developing, reviewing, and implementing project-level budgets and spend plans.
• Identifying, developing, reviewing, and reconciling budget and financial data sets.
• Assisting with open document listing reports to track all funding documents in the accounting system - Federal Financial Management System (FFMS).

Mandatory Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with a BA/BS
• 3+years of experience with a MA/MS or higher
• Minimum 8 years budget formulation experience; minimum 5 years DHS Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) experience.
