The Finance team supporting AFT is seeking a Financial Analyst to partner closely with a broad range of Finance and business leaders in Operations, Program/Product Management, Engineering, and Technology. This role is primarily a FP&A and business partnership role to help leadership prioritize the Product Roadmap for a 1000+ person technology organization.

Key job responsibilities

- Support delivering weekly/monthly financial close, planning, forecasting, budgeting, and consolidations utilizing financial systems and responsible for telling the story of the AFT financials and metrics

- Financial modelling and validation of potential investment opportunities for the AFT Product Roadmap

- Partner with AFT Leadership team to support key decision-making

- Educate business partners on financial and non-financial trade-offs.

- You support thoughtful judgement calls in ambiguous environments where the data may be scarce or difficult to procure

- Help identify and define key metrics for success in order to influence business performance and to ensure accountability across stakeholder groups

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)

- 0-2 years of finance experience or a related analytical field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

- MBA and/or Professional certification (CPA/CMA/Qualified Accounting certificate

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $51,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $109,200/year in our highest geographic market.
