JOB SUMMARY:

The Behavioral Health Financial Analyst provides reporting and analysis support and data collections for both hospital and community-based programs. The position will act as a liaison between Behavioral Health program directors and managers. The analyst position will be involved with various financial issues, such as variance analysis, operating budget, productivity reports and other programmatic reports. The position is expected to provide timely and accurate reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in financial analysis or related field; healthcare experience preferred.
• Extensive experience in reporting and Excel functionality.
• A solid background in finance.
• Experience with grant funding is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions.
• Experience with database management and PowerPoint presentations.
• Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages accurately.
• Knowledge: Understanding of accounting rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
