Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with building financial reporting, produce analysis, implementing scalable monitoring, and implementing reporting solutions.
  • Experience building financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investment decisions, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Experience with SQL, and additional data analysis tools like Python or R for automation and business intelligence.
  • Experience developing strategies in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work with data to produce analysis, influencing decision making with numerical analysis, and generating insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to both technical and senior executive audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $87,000-$128,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Provide financial decision support, forecasting, and reporting for Engineering/Product teams in Core Product Areas.
  • Analyze data to drive investment prioritization, resource optimization, and efficiency improvements.
  • Develop an analytics and data management framework to guide investment and operational expenditure decisions within Engineering and Product.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Internal Audit, Treasury, and Financial Operations to ensure compliance and alignment with broader financial objectives.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to analyze the financial viability of long-term plans, investment strategies, and new product launches.
