The Field Finance Business Partner (Senior Financial Analyst - Field) is a key member of our FP&A team. This role is crucial in supporting strategic business decisions by collaborating with Regional Vice Presidents, District Leaders, and cross-functional teams. The selected candidate will analyze financial data and translate insights into actionable strategies that positively impact field operations and business outcomes.

This role provides an opportunity to drive financial strategy and performance of a dynamic, multi-unit organization. The position involves balancing strategic oversight with detailed financial analysis, requiring a proactive approach to identifying and addressing trends and risks in field operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting with Field Leadership.
  • Translate financial insights into informed business strategies.
  • Research variances, develop forecasts, and analyze trends to meet budgets.
  • Partner with leaders to explore and implement effective plans.
  • Prepare executive-level presentation materials.
  • Take on ad hoc projects, financial modeling, and reporting with a proactive mentality.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Over 5 years of experience in a financial analysis or business partnering role, ideally within a multi-unit or field-based environment. Experience in sectors with sophisticated, decentralized operations is highly desirable.
  • Experience in industries that require an understanding of field operations is particularly valuable.
  • Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial modeling. Familiarity with ERP, Power BI, and Excel (including advanced functions).
