LaSalle Network has partnered with an established manufacturing and services company with an HQ in Rosemont, IL to hire on a Financial Analyst to their growing corporate finance team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in their finance team, primarily focusing on cash forecasting and Excel modeling.

You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends and providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. This role is budgeted for a base of up to $85,000 with additional bonus eligibility and will be in the office 2-3 days a week in Rosemont.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

• Conduct cash flow analysis and forecasting to optimize liquidity management
• Develop and maintain Excel-based financial models to support business planning and decision-making
• Analyze financial data, trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities and risks
• Prepare financial reports, presentations and dashboards for management review
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes
• Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required

Financial Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience in financial analysis, cash forecasting and Excel modeling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus
