Essential Duties
- Complete and review select experience reports.
- Model and value plan designs for changes.
- Develop budgets/projections, rates, and contributions scenarios.
- Attend client meetings to present projection/renewal results, as needed.
- Create consistencies amongst various reports and processes.
- Provide and facilitate associate training.
- Assist with projects for prospects.
- Proactively looking at multiple data sources for ongoing benchmarking and storytelling.
- Perform special projects as necessary.
General Responsibilities

- Communicate in a positive manner to contribute to a cohesive, pleasant work environment.
- Comply with Lockton procedures and policies.
- Attend all needed meetings as required.
- Attend related seminars/classes as required.

Requirements:
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related program with an emphasis in math, statistics, or finance and 5 years employee benefits experience required.
- The ability to compile, analyze, present, and interpret financial and statistical information to facilitate decision making.
- High skill in using computer application software for financial modeling, statistical analysis, and spreadsheet calculations.
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize workloads to meet time sensitive deadlines.
- Must be results-oriented, with the ability to change priorities as needed.
- Verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact with Associates, clients, and prospects.
- Ability to work independently under the supervision or guidance of others.
- Ability to travel
