Job Summary

Under general supervision, assist and/or perform the coordination of financial analysis studies
and internal systems development for the Financial Planning and Analysis department.
Extract, evaluate, analyze and develop financial and metric information. Assist the department
in the planning, maintenance, and variance reporting for the budgeting process. Identify
budget assumptions and historical trends through direction from the Director, FP&A or
Financial Analyst III. Assist in training department managers in budget preparation and
provide budget data as needed. Perform Financial and Ad hoc analysis as assigned. Review
Management Accountant monthly submissions and generate Director and summary reporting
for corporate forecast. Assist in process and maintain laboratory test pricing and cost
accounting activities. Identify budget enhancement opportunities and recommend appropriate
changes.

Minimum Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION
• Bachelor's degree (BS or BBA) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or
related discipline.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
Five (5) years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and
experience.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel.

PREFERENCES:
Experience with Great Plains or similar ERP software, healthcare experience, strong analytical
skills and team player able to work in fast pace environment. Knowledge of macros/SQL
programming is a plus.
