SUMMARY
Primary responsibilities are to develop, interpret, and implement complex financial concepts or techniques for financial planning and control by using (or developing) established processes and procedures.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the period-end close process by keying journal entries, preparing account reconciliations, analyzing, and correcting account discrepancies and preparing commentary for variance analysis.
• Management reporting to include period reporting packages, weekly dashboards, and daily metrics.
• Projects and business case work, including Lean Sigma and investment projects.
• Budgeting and forecasting work to help businesses with target-setting initiatives and compilation of inputs.
• Support quarterly physical inventories as Finance support working with the Supply Chain & Operations teams throughout the preparation, execution, and reporting stages of the process.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
• 3 - 8 years of experience in Cost Accounting and/or Operations
• CMA/MBA Preferred
• Physical Inventory Experience Required
• Excellent computer & System skill
• Strong communication skills, and ability to develop presentation content with guidance from a supervisor or higher-level analyst.
• Intermediate understanding of finance/business concepts, and ability to communicate those concepts to business partners
• Demonstrated capacity to influence and communicate with business partners in your functional area. Ability to identify abnormal trends to socialize with business partners and supervisor.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
