Financial Analyst

We're seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst. This role involves conducting forensic reviews of lease agreements, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and other data for strategic and operational decisions
• Review open balances within the balance sheet of leasing division
• Conduct forensic reviews of individual lease agreements to determine owed balances
• Develop resolution paths for clearing questionable balances
• Liaise with customers, internal stakeholders, and external vendors
• Review and submit contract data for entry into billing platforms
• Collaborate with third-party billing and collecting agencies on past due balances
• Evaluate industry, economic, financial, and market trends for short to long-term forecasting
• Analyze financial implications of proposed investments and transactions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 2-4 years of professional experience in accounting, reconciliation, or finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to make evaluative judgments based on factual information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Salesforce.com, SAP, and Power BI (preferred)
• Understanding of general accounting principles and financial statements
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
