We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our team and provide direct support to our Integrated Operations and Global Supply Chain departments. As a Financial Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving financial success and cost management across various functions, including Manufacturing, Assembly, Facilities, Manufacturing Support, Procurement, and Logistics.

What you'll be doing as a Financial Analyst:

• Assist in the development and implementation of budgets for allocated costs, capital, and inventory.

• Assist in developing Manufacturing labor base, staffing forecasts and performance metrics.

• Conduct cost analysis and monitor the performance of direct labor & material, allocated costs, and capital projects.

• Provide actionable information to leadership to aid in effective cost management.

• Lead the development of Capital Acquisition Requests (CARs) and supporting business cases.

Skills You Bring To this Role:

• Experience in manufacturing and/or Aerospace & Defense with an emphasis in finance, business analytics, or similar fields.

• Self-motivated and inquisitive with strengths in project management, customer service, and the ability to handle ambiguity.

• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, SQL, or other programming languages is a plus.

• Experience in leading projects with cross-functional team members.

• Ability to analyze complex financial objectives or issues and provide effective alternative solutions.

• Must be able to communicate effectively and relate well with others at all levels.

• Ability to work independently with general direction.

• Solid working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

What you need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years in an analyst role with relevant experience in Finance, Business Analytics, or similar.
