The Opportunity:

As a Financial Analyst within our Planning and Reporting System team, you will be responsible for the oversight of master data within the North American region and help facilitate the maintenance with our Headquarters in Paris. You will also support modeling of financial forecasts within Anaplan as well as help optimize and automate forecasting and reporting logics and processes. The position reports to the Director, Consolidations and Reporting and is part of the Business Planning and Analysis team.

In addition you will...

  • Financial Systems Administration: you will serve as a functional expert for our enterprise planning tool (Anaplan) in terms of access, maintenance, dimensions updates and dashboarding. You will be the primary point of contact for 100+ users, for whom you will create training materials to improve on self-reliance and help deep dive on data transformation.
  • Master data management: you will ensure master data is maintained in a timely manner at North American level and, where needed, coordinate exchanges with the Head Quarters in Paris to streamline global processes and reporting structures
  • Financial Modeling: you will support the growth of our connected planning platform by building new financial models, executive dashboards and enhancements on existing models, in partnership with our IT department.
  • Financial Reporting: you will support the team on side assignments in the preparation of monthly reporting to the parent company. You will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Business, and IT teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Ad-hoc request: in Anaplan we are centralizing financial information coming from different systems. You will play a key role on analyzing data coming from different systems and being able to provide guidance on how to use and adjust the data for our financial planning team

We are excited if you have...

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Finance
  • Anaplan Model Builder Certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Problem Solving skills - ability to use analytical thoughts to exercise judgment and identify solutions
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Anaplan modelling knowledge is a plus
  • Proficiency in French is a plus

The annual base salary range for this position is $89,420.00 - $99,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
