Make a Difference

The Financial Analyst for Provider Compensation is responsible for reviewing provider contracts to identify key components to be maintained in the appropriate database. The Analyst will assist with maintaining the database and files used to calculate compensation. Ensuring accuracy of data is critical in this role. The Analyst will also perform periodic Medical Director pay reconcilement, provide analytical support for annual Advanced Practice Provider rate review, manage existing provider compensation models, provide analytical support for other projects as needed.

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.

• One (1) or more years of of accounting and/or finance experience in healthcare preferred.

• Prior auditing or similar background preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, including experience with v-lookup and pivot tables is expected.

• Previous experience in Oracle PeopleSoft preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Existing knowledge of or adequate foundation to learn and comprehend risk-based auditing principles and processes in support of compliance risk.
  • Building collaborative relationships with trust and integrity.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel products.
  • This position will allow the flexibility to work from home, with the expectation to come on-site on an as needed basis.
