Job Description:

Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

The Digital Accountability and Transparency Act (DATA Act) of 2014 calls for the establishment and implementation of Government-wide data standards for financial data to provide consistent, reliable, and searchable spending data for easy public consumption. To respond to the DATA Act requirements successfully, the resource will support the team with these activities:

> Maintain process documentation

> Provide guidance and training to personnel

> Document policies, procedures, memorandums of understanding, guides and job aides

> Perform data analytics in python and/or excel, document results, recommend data quality enhancements (e.g. financial and/or feeder system enhancements, current business process changes)

> Explore feasibility to develop process automation tools (e.g. prototypes in python)

> Review financial statement and performance audit reports for applicability to NHTSA's DATA Act compliance status and recommend corrective activities

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in Python
• 3-5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
